Crippling Alcoholism sign to The Flenser
Boston gothic post-punk band Crippling Alcolism have announced their signing to The Flenser, and unveil plans to re-release third LP Camgirl.
Launched in 2009 by Jonathan Tuite, The Flenser is a San Francisco-based independent dark music label specialising in dark experimental music. As the label’s latest signing, Crippling Alcoholism join the likes of Chat Pile and Have A Nice Life.
Additionally, Crippling Alcoholism — founded in 2022 by vocalist Tony Castrati after what is described as “a particularly destructive episode of alcoholism” — have shared that they will be releasing a new edition of their third album, Camgirl, in early 2026. The band are also working on a follow-up EP, with further details to be revealed.
