CMAT unveils new single, "The Jamie Oliver Petrol Station"
CMAT has unveiled the brand new track, "The Jamie Oliver Petrol Station", as the second single to be taken from her forthcoming album, EURO-COUNTRY.
Speaking about "The Jamie Oliver Petrol Station", CMAT says: "The whole point of the song is actually my annoyance and intolerance and hatred of other people serves absolutely no purpose in my life and is a really bad instinct that I have. So it’s actually a love song for Jamie Oliver, if you think about it. It’s me being like ‘don’t be a bitch and stop judging people for annoyances"
The forthcoming full-length from CMAT follows her Ivors, Mercury Prize, and Choice Music Prize-nominated 2023 album, Crazymad, For Me, and her debut, If My Wife New I’d Be Dead.
EURO-COUNTRY, is set for release on 29 August via AWAL, and is available to pre-order now.
