CHVRCHES surprise fans with first live performance in two years and confirm new album
Last night, during the London launch of new video game Death Stranding 2: On The Beach at Here at Outernet, CHVRCHES performed together for the first time in two years.
Following a performance by Caroline Polachek, who wrote and performed the lead song from Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, host Geoff Keighley introduced CHVRCHES: “This is something really special. This band was last on stage together two years ago and tonight they wanted to be here to perform a song that is very important to all of us that love Death Stranding.”

After CHVRCHES performed the title track to the original game, Death Stranding, they sat down for a short chat with Keighley and the game’s creator Hideo Kojima, and revealed that they are working on a brand new album.
In 2023, CHVRCHES unveiled a 10 Year Anniversary Special Edition of their acclaimed debut album The Bones Of What You Believe, which included four previously unheard tracks.
