Christian Lee Hutson announces forthcoming release, Paradise Pop. 10 Deluxe
Christian Lee Hutson has announced a deluxe album featuring reimagined five tracks from his latest full-length, Paradise Pop. 10.
Christian Lee Hutson has also shared a new version of “After Hours (Deluxe)” featuring only himself on acoustic guitar and cello and violinist Odessa Jorgensen (Old Crow Medicine Show, Abigail Washburn, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes).
“I've never done a deluxe for an album but there were a few songs that I wanted to try to document in a more stripped-down fashion, more like how I've been doing them on tour,” Hutson explained. “The opening track of ‘Paradise Pop. 10’, “Tiger”, initially had completely different lyrics which Maya Hawke and I wrote and edited a bit here so that we could include a version of it. We decided to call that “Tiger 2” even though it is technically a prequel.”
