The duo previously collaborated on last year's release, Infirmary / Unknown Summer.
Burial and Kode9 last linked up on the Fabriclive 100 mix, which came out in 2018 to celebrated their 100th and final mixtape. Prior to that, the pair did a DJ set for the last episode of Mary Anne Hobbs’ BBC Experimental show in 2010. The EP marked Burial's return since he released two EPs last year – Antidawn and Streetlands.
“Phoneglow” / “Eyes Go Blank” is out now on Hyperdub. A 12" release will be available later this year.
