Bucket announce first ever vinyl pressing of Muck and Mosaic EPs
Dublin experimental rock trio Bucket have detailed the first vinyl release of their debut EP Muck and its follow-up Mosaic. The two EPs will be collected on a limited red/black marble 12", released on 13 November via Dinked’s Early Doors series.
The release places Muck on one side and Mosaic on the other. It arrives ahead of UK headline shows this week: The George Tavern in London on 13 October, Exchange Basement in Bristol on 14 October, and The Rat & Pigeon in Manchester on 15 October. Those dates come after a heavy year of touring that has included support slots with Knocked Loose, Heavy Lungs, and The Scratch, plus appearances at ArcTanGent, Eurosonic, and FOCUS Wales.
Bucket were selected by Dinked, the collective of independent record shops, to join the Early Doors series, dedicated to championing emerging artists. Previous editions have included releases from YARD, Makeshift Art Bar, Glasshouse Red Spider Mite, PUNCHBAG, and Dog Race.
Muck was originally released in March 2025, and recorded live at Black Mountain Studios in Dundalk. Mosaic, released in April this year, was produced by the band alongside James Eager (Lankum, The Scratch) and recorded between Transmission Rooms Studio in Longford and Camden Studios in Dublin.
Formed by guitarist/vocalist Cian Dahdouh and bassist Emmet McNamee, who met in college, and now joined by drummer Korey Thomas, Bucket emerged from Dublin’s DIY scene in 2021. Their latest single "Strung Out" was self-recorded and produced, and mixed and mastered by Jeremy Snyder (IDLES, DITZ, Gilla Band).
