Bricknasty announce new EP, forever
Dublin collective Bricknasty have revealed plans for their upcoming EP, forever, and shared the new single "the dom perignons".
forever follows 2025's BLACKS LAW, with the seven tracks seeing Bricknasty explore their sound more deeply as they pull from dance, contemporary R&B, trad folk, jazz and hip hop. Alongside the announcement, they share new track "the dom perignons", following lead single "bobinov" and second preview "honey bee", released earlier this summer.
"Before, we made it rocket science, but it's not rocket science. It's easy — just nice riffs, nice parts," says lead vocalist and guitarist Fatboy.
On forever, Bricknasty build on the conversations around faith, addiction, political disillusionment and human volatility explored on BLACKS LAW with a new vocabulary. The EP also sees them invite singer-songwriter Dove Ellis to feature on a song as the only guest collaborator.
Off the back of the BLACKS LAW, Bricknasty embarked on two North American tours, in addition to major festival appearances including London's All Points East, Gothenburg's Way Out West and Dublin's Forbidden Fruit. They have also shared stages with the likes of Coldplay, Croke Park, Aby Coulibaly, Kneecap, Nas, Ezra Collective and André 3000.
