Jacob Elordi and St. Vincent star in new Bon Iver music video
Bon Iver has shared the video for "Day One" (feat. Dijon and Flock of Dimes) from his fifth studio album, SABLE, fABLE, with St. Vincent and Jacob Elordi starring as part of the cast.
The video sees Bon Iver - the project founded by singer-songwriter Justin Vernon - searching for a replacement after announcing his "retirement", with a number of familiar faces looking to fill the part.
The casting call receives a slew of responses, with Dijon, Flock of Dimes' Jenn Wasner, St. Vincent's Annie Clark, Jacob Elordi, and Cristin Milioti being among the hopefuls who turn up to audition.
SABLE, fABLE arrived back in April as Bon Iver's first new album in six years. It featured a range of collaborators in addition to Dijon and Wasner, such as Danielle Haim, Dijon, Jacob Collier, and Michael Gordon (Mk.gee).
Ahead of the release of the music video for "Day One", Vernon was joined by album producer Jim E-Stack to discuss the making of the song for a special event with Song Exploder host Hrishikesh Hirway, live at the Palace Theatre in Los Angeles.
