Black Honey deliver new cut "Out of My Mind"
Black Honey have unveiled new single "Out of My Mind" as their second outing of 2022.
After returning in August with their first release of the year, "Charlie Bronson", Black Honey have shared a second cut titled "Out of My Mind".
Lead vocalist Izzy B. Phillips says of the song, which lands with a Sam Kinsella-directed video, "It’s about wanting to go anywhere to escape the war in my head. The story was written from the perspective of a house party - zooming in on a scene where I’ve said the wrong thing as always and hating it, that anxiety of not knowing how to be. I wanted it to feel like being on your bedroom floor, a bit whirly and vulnerable."
Their latest album Written & Directed landed in March 2021.
