Billy Nomates shares new single, "Plans"
Billy Nomates, the project of the Bristol-based songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Tor Maries, has released "Plans", as the second single from her forthcoming album, Metalhorse.
"Plans" is a love song to love itself, which Maries envisages as like “getting on the Waltzers at the end of the world”. The new track follows the recently release single, "The Test". Metalhorse is Billy Nomates’ third studio release, following 2023’s critically acclaimed, CACTI, and her self-titled 2020 debut. It is the first Billy Nomates album to be made in a studio and with a full band.
Billy Nomates has also announced a UK and European tour for September and October, which includes a headline at London's Electric Ballroom, as well as dates in Brighton, Exeter, Newcastle, Sheffield, Glasgow, and more.
Metalhorse will be released on 16 May via Invada Records, and is available to pre-order now.
