Baby Queen ushers in a new era with "Dream Girl"
Bella Latham – AKA Baby Queen – shares her first single of 2023.
"Dream Girl" is the first single to be released from Baby Queen’s eagerly awaited forthcoming debut album and comes with a video directed by Claryn Chong.
“I actually had, like, heart palpitations over it,” Baby Queen says of the track. “When I first started making music, I was like, ‘No one can know that I'm bisexual. I have to keep it a secret’.” She shrugs. “I just don’t give a fuck anymore.”
"Dream Girl" is Baby Queen’s first new material since she released a string of singles last year; "Lazy", "Nobody Really Cares" and the wistful, romantic "Colours of You", a track written specifically for Netflix’s global hit LGBTQ+ drama Heartstopper, which returns this August.
"Dream Girl" is out now via Polydor Records.
