ANIQO announces Bill Ryder-Jones-produced album, EARTH, LOVE AND VARIATIONS

EARTH, LOVE AND VARIATIONS follows ANIQO’s 2022 debut BIRTH, with new single “TIME TO HEAL” showcasing a defining point on the album.

“For me, 'TIME TO HEAL' already became a small miracle during the writing process,” Goß says. “It is the song in which I followed a feeling down to the smallest detail - while writing, in the studio, and now also with this film. It is about the euphoric state of being in love: about passion and devotion, about lightness and joy, and about that almost weightless feeling of flying that comes with it.”

The album first started coming together during a period of retreat for Goß. BIRTH leaned into melancholy, but the new songs see her stepping away from destructive patterns and embracing a brighter sound. "If I can hold myself, I can hold everything else, too," she says.
