With his debut album set to drop 29 July, enigmatic producer ZHU has released a taste of things to come in the form of the six minute epic “Palm Of My Hand”.
Eagerly awaited, this track has been a live favourite, inciting hysteria when it was performed earlier this year as part of ZHU's show stopping Coachella set. Starting with a blare of sirens and electric guitar, “Palm of my hand” immerses the listener in a neo-noir house rhythm, immediately sparking imagery of late night downtown Miami. A song destined to be on an upcoming soundtrack for a Hollywood crime thriller. Forward-thinking electronic pop from a producer who's been going from strength to strength, this year has seen stand out performances and a sold out US tour - all further proof that this producer is really capturing the imagination. “Palm of my Hand” features on ZHU's forthcoming debut GENERATIONWHY, released on 29 July via Columbia Records. Fans can pre-order the album now.
