Yellow Days shines a light on the darkness of devotion in “Hurt In Love”

This compelling ode sees Haslemere teen George van den Broek head down a nebulous path.
Taken from upcoming project Is Everything Okay In Your World?, “Hurt In Love” is a wandering and shapeless track which reflects the madness and hysteria that ensues when a heart breaks. Staying true to form, Yellow Days allows minimalist production and guttural vocals to dictate the song whilst simplistic beats and odd synth stabs add to the place and the mood. Another triumph for the young troubadour.
