Listen: NAVVI – “Give Your Ghost”

Seattle duo NAVVI glided into plain sight a few weeks back, with their incredibly lucid debut double-barrel: “Weekends” and “No Lights“.

Stepping up a gear on latest effort “Give Your Ghost”, vocalist Kristin Henry and producer Brad Boettger tap into more spectral soundscapes with white-noise synth sequences rolling into splintering cymbals, and crackly effects lathered onto Henry’s pleading utterances. It’s a pleasing third installment from the pair, who take another delicate stride towards fulfilling their potential as the lo-fi Bat For Lashes.
