Minotaur Shock x Gold Panda – Saundersfoot
Minotaur Shock is criminally underrated. The Bristol producer’s pop-tinged electronica has the capacity to constantly surprise, filled as it is with slightly unhinged, cabaret-esque melodrama.
‘Saundersfoot’ is the first single to be taken from the producer’s forthcoming album Orchard, and it is backed with this beautiful remix from globe-trotting Berlin-via-Peckham producer Gold Panda. The track has a more straightforwardly techno bent that we might expect from Derwin Schlecker, with fractured, forlorn synth melodies gradually bursting out of pared back, trebly percussion.
