Yaeger may still be an independent artist, but she has the big leagues locked in her sights. Returning with the infectious "Dopamine High", the 20-year-old positions herself as one of the pop Mecca’s newest star in the making.

It's no coincidence that Hanna Jäger chose Yaeger as her pop-star moniker. The word means "hunter" in Swedish and German, in a way paying homage to the fact that she is from both countries herself, whilst also outlining the Stockholm native's relentless drive to chase her dreams.

With an irrepressible Scandinavian cool, Yaeger and producer/co-writer Mona Khoshoi showcase a stellar pop sheen by crafting snappy and bouncing production that features an incredibly catchy chorus to lose yourself to. Making you dance in Yaeger’s happy yellow world, "Dopamine High" precisely triggers the Kim Kardashian of neurotransmitters exponentially.

Echoing that euphoria, Yaeger explains "Dopamine High" was written “to bring out the electricity of meeting someone at a rave or music festival, knowing that all you have is this one night, so you lose yourself for that dopamine high... The core feeling of the song is the thrilling moment they meet again. Even though they were not able to concede their feelings for eachother initially, they end up letting loose - no rules, no pain."

When it comes to creating great pop music, Sweden rarely fails, and Yaeger perpetuates this trend, making her mark in an exalted pop circuit. Be on the look out for the release of her debut EP in Spring 2019.

"Dopamine High" will be released everywhere on 24 August.
