Watch: Sky Ferreira - "Everything is Embarrassing" (Live at Field Day)
The influx of summer festival shenanigans may well be in full swing but the organisers of Field Day aren’t done with celebrating their first year as a two day event just yet.
On 7 and 8 June, the festival - which celebrated its eighth consecutive year in 2014 - boasted perhaps its finest line-up to date with performances from Metronomy, Future Islands, Jon Hopkins, SOHN and SBTRKT - to name just a few.
All this week we’ll be hosting exclusive live footage from Field Day 2014, highlighting some of the weekend’s most talked about performances.
We’ve already brought you Sunday night headliners Pixies and their rendition of crowd favourite “Where Is My Mind” and Australian psych-experimentalists Pond and their performance of the wonderfully titled (and head crushingly baffling) “Giant Tortoise”. Today it’s the turn of the unstoppable Sky Ferreira who graced the main stage on Saturday afternoon dressed in an over sized parka jacket. Watch the charming performance of 2013 mega hit “Everything Is Embarrassing” below.
