We do love our U.S chat shows here at Best Fit. But over this side of the Atlantic, there’s hardly any programmes other than ol’ Jools to compete with Jimmy Fallon, David Letterman et al.

And it’s rare for any artist worthwhile to get a look-in since Jonathan Ross jumped ship to ITV, but he outdid himself this weekend with Pulp playing their first UK TV appearance in an age.
