Watch: Boho Dancer – “Caldera” [Premiere]

Upon the special reissue of their acclaimed debut album, Gemini, Copenhagen’s Boho Dancer return with a spellbinding new video for “Caldera”, premiering today on Best Fit.

-Awash with inky puffs of cloud and dreamy dark blue hues, the video sees the trio performing their enchanting folk-pop to some faraway audience, as if trapped in their own haze. Banjos chatter and Ida Wenøe’s juvenile coo trembles atop toe-tap rhythms before a moody acid-folk blow-out at the close.

Gorgeous boy/girl harmonies evoke clear comparisons to Band Of Skulls’ acoustic ballads, but there’s something darker here: something more fanciful and affecting.

Gemini is re-released as a special edition extended play in May via Slow Shark Records.
