Synthpop two-piece Aquilo premiered their recent track "I Gave It All" with us a few weeks back, and now they're following it up with a bewitching parcel of AV delights.
The track is a harrowing electronic ballad, equal parts achingly beautiful and just totally devastating. The video channels that in a goosebump-inducing short film about director Eoin Glaister’s "interpretation of the song... [it's] a coming-of-age story about the loss of innocence. How things could have been different if the lead protagonist had pursued a relationship with her best friend instead of his older, cooler brother, and her coming to terms with this."
