Synthpop two-piece Aquilo premiered their recent track "I Gave It All" with us a few weeks back, and now they're following it up with a bewitching parcel of AV delights.
The track is a harrowing electronic ballad, equal parts achingly beautiful and just totally devastating. The video channels that in a goosebump-inducing short film about director Eoin Glaister’s "interpretation of the song... [it's] a coming-of-age story about the loss of innocence. How things could have been different if the lead protagonist had pursued a relationship with her best friend instead of his older, cooler brother, and her coming to terms with this."
This is part one of two.
Aquilo will release their EP Human on 8 December via B3SCI.
