Watch: The War on Drugs play Fallon ahead of European tour
The War on Drugs brought some Philly rock ‘n’ soul to US TV Network NBC last night with a mind-blowing performance of the standout track from 2011′s Best Fit Fifty-ranked long player Slave Ambient.
Performing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon alongside the Questlove-led house band, front man Adam Granduciel’s cascading ballad ‘Baby Missiles’ gripped an entire studio with its epic Springsteen-esque refrain and backup from two drummers.
The War on Drugs hit European shores in mid February for a bunch of dates with support from Sharon Van Etten and White Rabbits.
