I panicked a little this morning when my twitter stream was full of ‘Happy Mothers Day’ tweets. Luckily it’s the United States version of the day and I can rest easy as a father and son for another year.
Clapton via Africa trio The Very Best today big up moms of the world with their brand new Super Mom mixtape. Featuring a host of guest appearances and mash-ups, including Kanye West, BLK JKS, LCD Soundsystem, Kate Bush and legendary African artist Baaba Maal – it’s certainly good enough to tide us over until the follow up to The Warm Heart Of Africa sees the light of day.
