London duo James Cullen and Dan Cobb, aka Tender, have inked a deal with Partisan and shared a new single called "Outside" to celebrate.
"Outside" is a slinky, late-night funk jam with passionate vocals and slippery guitar riffs, with a super-sized serving of electronic weirdness is slathered on top. It's warped and filtered through the mystical wee hours of the morning where surreality reigns supreme, but all the more tantalising for each unhinged bubble and awry beat.
Partisan Records is also the home of artists such as Torres, Eagulls, and Dilly Dally.
