Finland’s Satellite Stories are keeping up the strong claim that Scandinavia is producing some of the best new music in the world right now.
‘Campfire’ begins with a glistening array of vocal harmonies and plucked acoustic guitar before it nothing less than erupts. It’s indie pop at its most brilliant; attracting obvious comparisons to Two Door Cinema Club, yet offering a variation and deviation from that simple formula that makes it more instant and more stunning.
‘Campfire’ is released on 18 October, and is taken off new album Pine Trails, out 1 November.
