Royal Headache are dancing through the streets in "Carolina" video
With their long-awaited second album High imminent, Royal Headache have shared the music video for their track "Carolina".
A standout on record, the song wanders through resounding guitars and heartfelt vocals with so much wide-eyed hope and optimism that you'll be left clicking your heels in the street.
So that's exactly what singer Shogun does. Strutting his stuff out of a band practice, down graffitied subway paths, and in front of the landmark that gives High its cover art, he vents through his emotions like a 21st century Billy Elliot, bringing the band's energy to life in the most mundane of settings.
High is released via What’s Your Rupture on 28 August, and can be streamed in full via NPR now.
