Real Life Charm debut video for “No Howling” single [Premiere]
Indie-pop collective Real Life Charm are premiering the video for latest single “No Howling” exclusively here on Best Fit.
The seven-piece recently revealed the single, which carries a shimmering piano lick with an Everyday Robots finish, trip-hop tendencies and alt-J-tinted lyrics, via Clash.
Real Life Charm have disclosed that “No Howling” was "written in the midst of a general election and a personal upheaval and hometown move from liberal Norwich to a smaller, conservative town in Suffolk. That particular shift inspired a politically charged song, concentrating on a working class artists inability to survive in a conservative government."
The video, which carries its very own brand of weird, was created by the group themselves and "explores the similar themes within the lyrics", whilst remaining tongue in cheek.
