BEAU, an New York-based pop duo with lots of heart, reveal new single "Animal Kingdom" on Best Fit.
"Animal Kingdom" is produced by alalal (Al O'Connell - Bruno Mars, Mark Ronson) and features on BEAU's upcoming debut That Thing Reality.
The pair - Heather Boo and Emma Rose - merge jagged, funky guitars with big jazzy rhythms on "Animal Kingdom", wielding brash energy and hooks with reckless abandon. There's a French New Wave hue at certain moments, with fluttery acoustics, bossa-ish beats, and evocative lyrics, but when Boo and Rose lunge into the chorus, it becomes pure pop glory.
That Thing Reality is out 11 March on Kitsuné/Sony RED.
