Niki and The Dove – The Fox

Just when we thought we couldn’t get any more excited about Niki and The Dove’s forthcoming UK tour, the Swedish duo drop ‘The Fox’.

The title track from their forthcoming EP, it surges into life with a brief flutter of chimes before submerging the listener in muted bass lines, staccato drumbeats and sultry half-spoken vocals. Building layer upon layer, Malin Dahlström’s incredible voice begins to soar over an increasingly smooth melody before the chorus breaks out in heavy synths and a simply irresistible pop refrain.
