Meadowlark's "Headlights" is a stunning piece of sparkly folk-R&B
Folk-R&B twosome Meadowlark reveal glistening new track "Headlights" ahead of their UK tour.
This single follows "Paraffin" and "Quicksand" in showing off the talents of Kate McGill and Dan Broadley.
Twinkly guitars meet passionate piano on "Headlights", which shows off the tremendous power of McGill's voice - she can tear our hearts apart with hushed tones and delicate inflections. There's no need to belt like Adele here. The whole song is a gorgeous waltz through seemingly disparate styles, culminating in a rather ace axe solo.
The duo kick off their tour in Birmingham tonight, and end the trek in Middlesbrough on 1 October. Tickets are available now.
Check out "Headlights" below. It's out 28 October on Believe.
