Leeds based avant-jazz punks Mansion of Snakes play a unique blend of earth-shaking afro-beat, devil-funk and cosmic jazz, fronted by blazing horns and backed by pounding percussion and bass. Their new track “Mating Season” is a sonic odyssey and comes with the accompanying proclamation: “The earth shall shake and the serpents will dance, for Mansion of Snakes is here.”
CPWM will be launching this single with a show at one of Leeds best new DIY venues, Hyde Park Book Club on the 6th of April.
“Mating Season” is out now.
