Following the release of last year’s incredible record Stridulum II classically trained witch-house purveyor Nika Roza Danilova, aka Zola Jesus has revealed the details of a new album Conatus along with a teaser in the form of new song ‘Vessel.’ Continuing to carve a haunting, brooding and immaculate dark pop sonic identity for herself, ‘Vessel’ sees Danilova’s stentorian vocals reverberate around the sparse keys and a minimal percussive rhythm.
Conatus is set to drop on 26 September.
