Listen: Tunng – So Far From Here (Enjoyed Remix)
Off the back of their recent new album release and handful of London shows earlier this month, Tunng have offered up this new remix by kaleidoscopic producer Enjoyed.
Enjoyed should be no stranger to any previous reader of Best Fit, having reworked the likes of Philco Fiction, Retro Stefson and Seams prior, and this new remix continues in his increasingly-consistent stride of producing skittering and dreamy-eyed electronica.
While the original, and album lead cut, is an off-beat slice of freak-folk, Enjoyed decides to lend from its off-kilter rhymes before transporting it to the stratosphere with celestial synths and pulsating bass.
‘So Far From Here’ is lifted from Tunng’s recent LP Turbines, out now on Full Time Hobby.
