Listen: Tom Riddler – The Hurt / Music On Me [Best Fit Premiere]
Hailing from Washington DC but choosing to make the UK his home for the last four years, DJ and producer, Dan Matthews aka Tom Riddler makes dark thundering house tracks that remind us a bit of Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’. With his own brand of tech-house beats combining thrashing, distorted vocals over smoothed out beats, jumpy synths, and trembling rhythms, the young producer is quietly carving out a niche of bass to call his own.
Tom Riddler is about to unleash a number of masterful dance releases on the world and we’re excited to be able to give you the first listen.
‘The Hurt’ is out in March 12th on Omnivore Rec. and Music On Me is out this week, exclusively on Beatport via Di One Music.
