"Dream folk" Berliner Niklas Kramer is giving away a new track called "Hunter" as an early Christmas present to those who've supported him through 2014. It's not a Christmas song per se, but rather a song arriving in time for Christmas.
"Hunter" weaves a dusty strings and slide guitar tones, á la rustic Americana, with e-woodwind and synthy haze. It's deliciously atmospheric, imbuing your mindset with a docile ecstasy, which is a welcome counterpoint to the festive shopping sprees, family feud marathons and bloated mince pie bellies.
