Listen: Solange – Lovers In The Parking Lot

Solange’s last single, ‘Losing You’, was so damn great that everyone stopped referring to her by her last name, as she became mononymous just like her other famous Knowles sister. Now that’s the definition of pop stardom, right?
While not as instantly snappy as its tropical-infused predecessor, new track ‘Lovers In The Parking Lot’ exhibits a more 90s R&B girl-group vibe. Like a long-lost TLC classic.
Solange will play London’s XOYO on 16 January 2013, with tickets on sale tomorrow (23 November) at 9am here.
