Listen: Rina Sawayama – Sleeping in Waking (Teej Remix) [Best Fit Premiere]

It’s no big secret we’ve become a little enamoured with newcomer Rina Sawayama over the past few weeks. Since the London based singer dropped her dream-like debut single ‘Sleeping In Waking’ at the end of February, we’ve become borderline obsessed with her sultry, seductive tones.

Here, the track is given a subtle makeover by Teej who refocuses the lullaby-esque original and points it in the direction of the dancefloor. Sawayama’s woozy vocals are still ever present, but strengthened with a laid back late night progressive house backbone. Immerse yourself below.
