What do you get if you mix Gothenburg and Berlin into a female-vocal-lead electro pop music equation? Answer – New Found Land.
‘Mirror’ is the lead track from their brand new EP of the same name. We are welcomed in by a simple but pounding beat, accompanied by deep pedal bass notes before yet another sensual Swedish vocal, bringing to mind the likes of FAYE and Kate Boy, takes the lead. Complete with electronic trumpets and an intensely infectious chorus, it is a dark and delightful belter.
