Listen: Mount Kimbie – Made To Stray
Just after the announcement that Mount Kimbie will be returning to the states to play the SXSW edition of the Boiler Room, Ben UFO released a radio rip of a new track off their forthcoming album for Warp Records.
‘Made To Stray’ is a quivering rumble of percussion and slapping bass. Twirls of rickety effects churn into echoing beats and give way to sexy vocals that meld these off kilter elements into a melodic whirlwind made for the dancefloor. It’s Mount Kimbie so we’d expect nothing less than an infectious electronic number where creativity knows no bounds. Take a listen.
Be sure to catch Mount Kimbie at one of their upcoming tour dates and stay tuned for headlining dates and more show announcements soon.
