Metric have revealed their new single, ‘Youth Without Youth’, available to stream online now. Quite a chilling number, the track has an almost industrial feel with Emily Haines’ lyrics and vocals painting a wholly dystopian picture of societal decay.
The track will feature on the band’s upcoming album Synthetica, the follow up to 2009′s Fantasies. The new record if due out on 18 June, with the full tracklisting looking as follows:
