The latest addition to Driftless Recordings’ increasingly impressive roster, Jeff Gitelman marks his debut with ‘Weirdo’ – a soulful blast of lo-fi R&B with a gratifying, futuristic twist.
Although still a spring chicken, Gitelman’s boasts a modest CV. Having worked as session guitarist with Lauryn Hill, 50 Cent, Odd Future and Alicia Keys, he now steps out of the shadows with a new solo career following on from his guest appearances on Ford & Lopatin’s Channel Pressure LP .
