Already the creators of one of the finest singles of 2011 with ‘Roman Holiday’, the ever loveable Fanzine today reveal ‘My Stupid Brain’ – the b-side to said single which is out now and available as a 7″ via Fat Possum.

Less outwardly anthemic than ‘Roman Holiday’, ‘My Stupid Brain’ is perfect b-side fodder: a fuzzed out self-deprecating ballad, lazy in pace and delivery with one or two suprise chord changes (3:15 in, fyi) to create that “yeah, I love that bit” moment that makes you hit repeat as soon as the duelling guitars fade out.
