We published an interview with NYC-based chanteuse EDDI FRONT on Wednesday of this week where she stated that we’d be able to hear new material “so soon”.

Less than 48 hours later and we’re once again knocked out by the compelling sparsity of this girl’s recorded output.

Like the previously blogged ‘Gigantic’, this newie is once again centred around skeletal piano, FRONT’s breathy vocal and devastating lyrics. “While you’re fucking some dusty old chair, I’ll be eating bananas and riding a big black stallion” – perhaps acting as the fuck you line to ‘Gigantic’s apologetic referral to a break-up: “I’ve always been slow to get off some drugs”. Flawless.
