Blooms, the alter-ego of Ireland-born, London-based artist Louise Cunnane, is adding a cherry on top of what has been an astounding year for the singer-songwriter. She's dropping new tune "Guilty", produced by Kobina, as a free download.
It's a creaking, haunted synth ballad. "I don't think I love you like I did before..." she croons amidst the shadowy thicket, icy beats crashing down like the world of her song's subject. It's magnificently smooth and dark.
Blooms will play her debut London show 25 February at the Servant Jazz Quarters; you can book tickets here.
