KYKO banishes the frost on super-heated pop jam "Nature"
London-based producer/songwriter KYKO is is teasing his upcoming Wildlife EP with frenetic new tune "Nature".
"Nature" follows the summer's scorching "Horizon" single, which will also feature on next year's short-player.
"Nature" is awash with high-octane beats squirmy earworms - it's infectious and packed with pep, bringing some much-needed heat to beat the bitter winter blues. Inspired by South African music and classic pop, KYKO makes an enchanting soul-soother that'll keep your feet and hips moving way in 2017.
Speaking abot the track, KYKO - aka Scott Verrill - says: “With my new tracks I'm definitely pushing the electronic side. I really want to make something different... I've been coming back to [Paul Simon's] Graceland album a lot lately. I'm really into South African music at the moment as well, and I've tried to combine elements of that with electronics.”
