Norway's Highasakite debut first new song in over a year "Keep That Letter Safe" [Premiere]
Norwegian pop collective Highasakite have unveiled their first track in over 15 months, "Keep That Letter Safe", on Best Fit.
It follows their well-received LP Silent Treatment and a period of extensive touring.
It's a soaring piece of cinematic pop music, with thick textures, hackle-raising climaxes and atmospheres sodden with gravitas.
If you feel like the track is a bit familiar, that may because a fragment of it features as the theme for Norwegian TV drama Acquitted (Frikjent). The 50-second clip shot the band into the Top 15 purely on presales. Now the full-length version has finally arrived
The single is out 1 June on Propeller Recordings.
