Have You Ever Seen The Jane Fonda Aerobic VHS? are colourfully chaotic on "Magic Swimming Pants"
Almost two years on from their Teenage Sweetheart album, Finnish trio Have You Ever Seen the Jane Fonda Aerobic VHS are back with a brand new jam for the summer.
Susanna Stemma-Sihvola, Ekku Lintunen and Janne-Petteri Pitkälä bring chaos under control - sort of - on the blisteringly fun "Magic Swimming Pants".
Beginning with dayglo synths and organs suitable for a daytime TV theme tune before bringing in barrelling drums and Stemma-Sihvola's urgent, yelled vocals the track is hectic from the off and never lets up.
HYESTJAFVHS tread a fine line between trashily disposable and refreshingly unique, and somehow they've once again managed to make an absolute jam from less than three minutes of battering keys. You have to admire it as some sort of genius.
