Multi-discipline wonder Gina Kushka is streaming latest single "Mid Air" on Best Fit.
She's a painter, trained at London's Courtauld Institute, as well as being a singer-songwriter. She taught herself to play guitar and begin composing by 11. Talented doesn't even begin to cover it.
Her new offering "Mid Air" is a trap-lined belter with West Coast hip-hopisms and sublime pop vocals. It's effortlessly catchy, and Kushka's glistening voice makes it easy to slip into a cycle of clicking repeat before the final beat's done echoing.
