Bristol singer-songwriter George Ezra wowed with his relentlessly upbeat, free-to-download track ‘Budapest’ recently.
Now signed to Columbia Records, the young strummer has lined up his debut EP, Did You Hear The Rain? for release on 28 October. The EP’s similarly-titled lead track premiered this week and builds on the earthy fables he’s touched upon in the past via crunchy deep southern hooks and a thumping kick drum which snaps at the heels of Ezra’s ocean-deep, ever-urgent croon.
