Forever Cult rip it up on garage rock anthem “Glass Eye”
Equal parts indie fuzz and alt rock, Leed’s outfit Forever Cult have set the bar high with their new offering “Glass Eye”.
Forever Cult are a band that one could envisage slinking out of some seedy dive bar in back water Mississippi rather than the quiet, suburban, normality of Leeds. With a sound heavily indebted to the likes of Bass Drum of Death and Communions, you definitely get the sense that there is a transcendent quality with this band in terms of sonics and creative content, which is interesting for an outfit in relative infancy.

On “Glass Eye” squalling guitars are backed by an ever building drum beat whilst the distorted shouts of front man Kieran Clarke add a raucous post punk edge.
